Warranty & Return Policy

This is a genuine Dell-branded product.

Manufacturer warranty claims should be submitted directly to Dell, as this product is covered by Dell’s official manufacturer warranty, where applicable.

Our responsibility is limited to products that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect upon delivery. Any such issues must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within this timeframe, subject to the following conditions:

• Returns must be shipped using the return shipping label provided by us. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of our error, such as shipping an incorrect or incomplete item.
• The returned product must be in its original condition and include the original packaging, manuals, and all accessories.
• If the returned product is missing accessories, has been damaged after delivery, or is not returned in its original condition within the eligible return period, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the returned item.
• Once the returned item has been received and successfully inspected, we will process your refund or, if requested and eligible, ship a replacement unit at no additional cost. Replacement orders are typically dispatched on the next business day following the completion of the inspection.
