S&S Retailers ships business IT hardware within the continental United States. Delivery estimates combine warehouse handling time and carrier transit days. If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will contact you.
Free shipping threshold
Orders of $700 or more qualify for free Standard Ground Shipping. Below that amount, standard shipping charges apply at checkout.

- Signature Required Delivery — an adult signature is required at delivery
Delivery estimates
Most continental U.S. orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Transit is typically 2–7 business days depending on the method you select and your destination. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are not supported for online checkout — contact [email protected] for assistance.
Damaged or missing packages
Inspect deliveries promptly. Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery. If a package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated window, email us with your order number and we will work with the carrier.
